Getting Started
The 15-minute welcome call is a conversation, not a medical visit. We'll talk about how you're feeling, explain how the program works, answer your questions about pricing and process, and see if Colorado Hormones is the right fit for where you are right now. No diagnoses, no prescriptions on the call.
We are currently licensed to see patients in Colorado only. Telehealth services are available to Colorado residents statewide, no matter how rural your location.
Yes. Colorado Hormones is operated by Marnie, a Certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNPC-AG, AACN), licensed in Colorado. All care is provided within the scope of her clinical license.
Insurance & Pricing
No. Colorado Hormones is a cash-pay practice. We don't accept insurance and don't bill it. This means no prior authorizations, no coverage denials, and no compromising your care to satisfy a billing code. You pay a transparent price and we focus entirely on your care.
Yes. HSA and FSA funds can generally be used for hormone therapy consultations and medications. We recommend confirming with your plan administrator, as rules vary by account type.
The 4-Month Reset ($1,900) includes your initial telehealth consultation, a comprehensive lab panel and review, a personalized hormone protocol, a personalized supplement protocol, medication coordination and shipping, follow-up visits over the full four months, and access to the patient portal and direct messaging.
After the 4-Month Reset, care continues at $199/month through month 12 (Active Optimization), then drops to $99/month for ongoing maintenance. There are no long-term contracts. You can pause or stop at any time.
Labs & Treatment
No clinic visit required. We order your comprehensive lab panel and a phlebotomist comes to your home or office to draw blood. Results are reviewed by your provider and used to build your personalized protocol.
Yes. We use bioidentical hormones, which are molecularly identical to those your body produces. Protocols are built around your specific lab results and symptoms, not a one-size-fits-all approach.
Most patients begin noticing changes within 4 to 8 weeks, though the timeline varies depending on your hormonal baseline, the treatment approach, and individual factors. The 4-Month Reset is designed to give your body enough time to respond, stabilize, and reflect accurately in follow-up labs. Individual results vary.
Lab costs and medication costs are separate from the program fee. We'll give you a clear picture of expected costs before you commit to anything.
